WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THIS INVENTORY?

This inventory will be the primary method used on an ongoing basis to staff vacant positions across the organization in a variety of Administrative, Professional, and Technical positions within various portfolios and branches, including Finance, Communications, IT, and Human Resources. As positions become available, applicants who meet the qualifications may be contacted for further assessment.

  • Essential Qualifications

    To be eligible, you must meet the following requirements :

    EDUCATION

  • A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and / or experience.
  • EXPERIENCE

    Experience in at least one (1) of the following areas :

  • Providing administrative or project / program support services, such as preparing agendas or minutes, tracking project tasks, coordinating human resources documentation, processing invoices or financial requests, etc.;
  • Providing service to clients, such as answering telephone calls, providing assistance to customers, serving the public, etc.;
  • Experience in planning, coordinating and / or monitoring projects or files;
  • Gathering and compiling information from various sources;
  • Experience interpreting and implementing policies and procedures;
  • Building and maintaining partnerships with internal or external stakeholders.

  • Graduation with a degree from a recognized university
