Role Overview (People Leadership Role)
The Manager, Bids & Proposals is a people management role responsible for leading, developing, and overseeing the performance of the proposal and RFP team.
This role is accountable for the end-to-end management and execution of strategic bids and complex RFPs, ensuring consistent quality, compliance, and on-time delivery across Canada. Acting as the central point of accountability, the Manager coordinates cross-functional contributors and translates GardaWorld’s integrated security capabilities into compelling, differentiated customer-facing proposals.
By strengthening proposal governance, structure, and execution discipline, this role enables Sales teams to focus on client engagement and growth while ensuring a strong, consistent commercial narrative in the market.
