Job Location
Location: Laval, Quebec, Canada
Salary: CA$75,000 - CA$95,000
Responsibilities
- Validate T&C for revenue contracts; set-up revenue contracts and financial projects in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); coordination of invoicing; preparation of government claims
- Participate in forecasting and budgeting process
- Participate in month-end processes
- Active participation in year-end audit process
- Validation and documentation of internal controls, improvements implementation
- Be involved in streamlining and improving processes
- Execute electronic funds transfer (EFT) runs and wire payments as per the schedule (back-up role)
- Prepare and remit sales taxes (back-up role)
- Other ad-hoc tasks
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- University Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Professional accounting designation or in the process of obtaining it (CPA)
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as Netsuite (an important asset)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookup)
- Documentation of process experience

- Fluency in French and fluency in English (spoken and written) is required for collaboration with our teams and member companies located across Canada
