In-Room Dining Server

Overview

In-Room Dining Server at Fairmont Banff Springs. Provide food & beverage service in guest rooms as well as service in the Fairmont Gold Lounge.

Starting Rate : $16.89 per hour. We recognize tenure through compensation; hourly rates increase after six months and yearly, with a rate of $17.89 at three years.

Responsibilities

• Provide luxury service from early mornings to late nights. Opening servers start as early as 5 : 30 AM and closing servers stay as late as 1 : 00 AM.
• Deliver orders and amenities to guest rooms.
• Set up and work functions in guest rooms for up to 75 guests.
• Run the Gold Floor Lounge Food & Beverage component, including :
• Deluxe breakfast buffet
• Evening canapés service
• Barista service
• Bartending
• Develop opportunities such as cashiering; taking guest orders, processing payments, organizing the daily deliveries, and assisting the Manager on Duty with service flow.
• Other duties as assigned.
