En tant qu'Analyste Contrôle (mesure d’avancement) de projet travaillant sous la direction du Chef de service Contrôle d’avancement au sein de la division industriel de Pomerleau, vous serez à l’avant-garde des interactions entre l’équipe de construction du site et la fonction de contrôle de projet. Travaillant sur des projets de grande envergure - allant de 50 millions de dollars à plus d'un milliard de dollars - vous aurez l’opportunité de contribuer de manière significative à notre nouveau département industriel.

What You Will Do

• Approval and management of subcontractor reference schedules, monthly updates and recovery plans;
• Participation in the development and / or the analyses of 3-Week Lookahead schedules (P3S);
• Contribution to the development and updates of the Project’s master schedule;
• Lead quantity analyses for the purpose of project control, with the help of Quantity surveyors at site;
• Support implementation and operation of progress assessment innovation tools at site (BIM);
• Analysis of subcontract performance;
• Involvement in the development of key performance indicators;
• Participation in claims analyses;
• Coordination and writing of Construction weekly and monthly reports to management and / or the client;
• Participation in the risk management activities at site;
• Attend all pertinent meetings at site.
