Job Title :  Interim Controller (Contract)

Location :  GTA – West, ON (Fully onsite, travel required between locations)

Duration :  3 months, Full-Time (with potential for extension)

Start :  ASAP

Overview :

A Canadian division of an international company is seeking an Interim Controller to provide hands-on leadership and support during a period of transition. The position will require regular onsite presence at two regional locations, with coordination between offices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee month-end close, year-end processes, and corporate reporting requirements
• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and collections
• Lead and support the implementation of a new ERP system.
• Ensure all financial data and processes are accurate and audit-ready for a US-based corporate head office
• Partner with the CFO, VP of Operations, and other key stakeholders across locations
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and take ownership of projects with minimal oversight
