We are currently seeking a skilled General Maintenance Worker to join our residential maintenance team in Nanaimo , British Columbia . This is an exciting opportunity to work on an established regional portfolio and provide exceptional maintenance support. Key Responsibilities :

• General building maintenance under close supervision .
• G rounds, maintenance and minor repair work .
• G eneral labour work as assigned by property and resident management team, including loading, unloading, moving materials and running errands .
• P ainting and drywall patching .
• Replac ing light bulbs / lamps , clean ing fixtures , and m ov ing furniture .
• Respond ing quickly to emergencies and resident concerns .
• Monito ring landscaping, common area and parking facilities .
• Performing some janitorial duties as needed .
• Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and practicing  safe work habits .
• Other duties as assigned.
