Position : Projects Supervisor Reports to : Projects Manager
We are looking for a Projects Supervisor to join our Projects and Engineering team! Our Projects Supervisor is responsible for supervising the millwright team to ensure that all project assignments are carried out in an efficient and safe manner.
You will be working alongside the Projects Manager to lead a well-trained and driven team to success! In this role, you will be functioning in a dynamic environment where being a highly motivated self-starter, and staying on top of pressing priorities may be a challenge. However, this gives you the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership abilities and provide continuous improvement feedback as we continue to expand. You will also have a chance to develop your leadership skills further and grow your career with a progressive family-owned company.

You have a bachelor’s in Engineering or Red Seal Millwright / Electrician or related disciplineYou have at least 5 years of experience as a supervisor or a similar role in the food manufacturing industryNice-to-Have

Organize project work assignments within appropriate timeframes and stay within allocated budgetsCoordinate contractors’ activities and uphold communication with stakeholders as neededChampion continuous improvement initiatives and safety objectives within the teamStrive for zero incidents and ensure a people centered safety culture exists within the teamPerform audits of in-process and closed project work and track parts / equipment inventoryYou may on occasion work at varied times as the job requiresBenefits
