POSITION SUMMARY :
The Office assistant will support the managment team in coordinating key operational functions across production, inventory, safety, and general office administration. This role supports day-to-day plant operations by managing purchase orders and invoices in D365, performing inventory activities, coordinating shipments, and providing administrative support to the warehouse and office teams. The position also contributes to workplace safety initiatives, supports employee onboarding, maintains office supply levels, and ensures efficient operation of office equipment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
