In this role, you will:

• Perform clinical assessments and implementing treatment plans for clients.
• Provide ongoing evaluation of client progress and ensuring quality improvement in the delivery of patient care.
• Be responsible for financial and clinical performance metrics of the clinic.
• Communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
• Coordinate operational activities with the team and demonstrate a strong presence in the clinic.
• Engage in continuous learning, mentorship and skills development.
• Manage and resolve scheduling issues or changes that arise in the clinic
• Play an influential role in nurturing a sense of ownership across the workforce, so that employees feel empowered to use their judgment and experience to make sound decisions.
• Assist in recruitment and hiring of staff.

What we\'re looking for:

• Fully Registered Physiotherapist, Massage Therapist, Occupational Therapist or related Healthcare professional
• Minimum of 1-5 years of clinical and leadership experience.
• Completion of advanced orthopedic courses is a strong asset.
• Demonstrated ability to balance patient care, operational leadership, and financial accountability.
• Strong interpersonal, organization, and problem-solving skills and patient-centered mindset.
