Prolifics is seeking for a Full-Stack Backend Applications Developer to join our Digital Experience Practice Team. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated team player and will have significant experience in application development, a strong technical background and good communication skills. He / she will interact directly with the users and with other technologists across the firm. Candidates are required to work at client work location in Montreal, CA. • Experience with distributed applications development using Spark (preferably using Scala)
• Experience with Java and Scala programming languages
• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure and Databricks preferably)
• Experience with databases and SQL (DB2, Teradata and Snowflake preferably)
• Knowledge of Python
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
• Knowledge of Angular is a plus
