In this exciting staffing model, Guaranteed HISH CSWs will have guaranteed & consistent hours of work , week over week and have the opportunity to be a respected member of a larger healthcare team striving to provide high quality patient care and positive transition experience for both the patient and their caregivers.

The hours of work will be 7, 12-hour shifts within a 2-week rotation inclusive of weekends :

Two-week Rotation

Mon / Tues / Sat / Sun

0800 - 2000 hrs

Wed / Thurs / Fri

0800 - 2000 hrs

This is an equivalent of seventy-seven (77) hours per bi-weekly pay period!

We are looking for Community Support Workers (CSWs) to help us bring wrap-around patient-centered care to the Haliburton Region . Are you someone we should meet?
