Your role :

The primary function of a Migration Specialist is to provide prompt and courteous frontline support for migration or project the Migration Services is currently working effectively communicate both verbally and in writing while working in a fast-paced environment with a complex service offering. They pay very close attention to detail in an effort to mitigate potential mistakes in a production environment.

Your responsibilities :

• Provide superb customer service for Global Relays clients : handling customer calls managing customer Salesforce cases answering customer inquiries and following up with customers on migration projects.
• Working with a range of customer contacts in compliance and IT roles.
• Assisting other departments such as Support Provisioning Customer Success & Training.
• Migration Support for Email Archiving Types

Compensation :

Global Relay advertises the pay range for this role in compliance with British Columbias pay transparency laws. Individual pay rates are determined by evaluating factors such as expertise skills education and professional background.

The range below reflects the expected annual base salary which is only one element of our comprehensive total rewards package designed to reflect our company pay philosophy culture and values.
