Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Blockchain Engineer to design, build, and optimize blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, and decentralized applications. In this role, you will take ownership of technical architecture, guide engineering best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact blockchain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy blockchain networks (public, private, or hybrid)
• Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts and blockchain-based applications
• Lead architecture decisions for scalability, performance, and security
• Integrate blockchain systems with backend services, APIs, and Web3 frontends
• Conduct smart contract security reviews and support audit processes
• Optimize transaction flows, gas usage, and network performance
• Implement monitoring, logging, and performance tracking for blockchain systems
• Mentor engineers and support technical decision-making across teams
• Stay updated on emerging blockchain technologies (L2s, ZK, interoperability)
