Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of selected key capital projects in the $50k to $5M range
• Prepare scope of work documents including design basis, major equipment specifications, and control requirements
• Work with outside consultants as required to properly scope and deliver projects
• Ensure the supervision, commissioning, and start-up of capital projects
• Monitor financial performance of projects throughout execution to ensure budgetary performance and effective management of scope change
• Project Reporting : Provide recurring reports on project status to key project stakeholders and the Executive Team
• Project Planning : Identify improvement opportunities and participate in developing and implementing best practices
• Support short-term (1 year) and long-term (3-5 year) capital plan development
• Perform other duties as required
