Our client is a boutique law firm working with clients in some of the most exciting industries. They specialize in law across Intellectual Property Corporate Law Franchising Law and Litigation in technology artificial intelligence software biotechnology and more industries! They also work with companies big and small; established and some of the hottest startups!
- Handling incoming leads which will constitute 70% of your role.
- Completing intakes with leads through phone email and inbound referrals.
- Moving clients through the intake process including running conflicts checks and onboarding.
- Ensuring conflicts checks are completed for each new file as it is crucial for the firms compliance and reputation.
- Filling out necessary information within the CRM system to maintain accurate records.
- Managing both net new clients and existing clients with various shareholders.
- Managing client interactions including greeting visitors providing hospitality and managing mail runs.
- Demonstrating high attention to detail and organizational skills in managing client data effectively.
- Actively participating in crossfunctional collaboration to enhance client experiences and business outcomes.
Requirements
2 years of previous coordinator or customer success experience.Previous experience working in a B2B environment is preferred.Experience relevant to client processes and providing exceptional client experiences.High level of business acumen and professionalism in dealing with clients and stakeholders.Experience within a legal environment is considered an asset.Ability to adapt to and learn new applications quickly demonstrating strong technology savvy.Proven ability to challenge the norm and thrive in an innovative environment.Comfortable working independently and in ambiguous situations.Enjoys wearing multiple hats and taking on various responsibilities.Possesses a gogetter attitude and enjoys taking ownership of tasks and projects.Consistently exhibits a high attention to detail and maintains a high level of organization in all tasks and responsibilities.Benefits
