Join the Workday AI organization where youll be building and supporting state-of-the-art AI capabilities that power Workdays product suite. Youll be working with a cross-functional team that ships frequently iterates rapidly and is supporting millions of users of Workdays products.

About the Role

Evisort Engineering is growing! As a Fullstack Software Engineer youll join a collaborative cross-functional team working to enhance and add AI-driven contract management platform. Youll work closely with engineers product managers data scientists and designers to help deliver scalable user-centric solutions that transform how legal and business teams manage their contracts.

Your technical contributions and team-first mindset will play a key role in delivering high-impact products that scale our AI capabilities and help global organizations simplify complex business processes.

You will :

Collaborate with engineering data science product and design teams to build and evolve our vision strategy and roadmap

Participate in a supportive iterative team culture that values curiosity learning and strong engineering practices

Contribute to the growth and success of your teammates through knowledge sharing and mentorship

Take ownership of multiple functional areas in our platform from development to production (you build it you run it)

About You

Basic Qualifications :

5 years of experience in software engineering

3 years experience with a web development framework (Python / Typescript preferred : Flask Django NestJS or FastAPI)

Other Qualifications :

Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS preferred)

Experience with a Relational DB (PostgreSQL preferred)

Knowledge of software development best practices (Git DevOps CI / CD automated testing observability)

Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes)

Proven success working within fast-paced agile environments and cross-functional teams

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical partners

Comfortable working with ambiguity and translating complex problems into clear thoughtful solutions

Committed to fostering an inclusive team-oriented environment and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement

Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission / bonus as well as annual refresh stock grants.
