POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for regular HR reporting and analytics, including headcount, vacancies, job changes, and turnover, along with managing organization charts and forecasting
- Audits HRIS system data for accuracy and completeness
- Generates reports for HR initiatives such as diversity and new hires, and creates high-quality dashboards for leadership
- The position ensures documentation compliance with CPKC policies and regulations, and advocates for process efficiencies
- Work in close collaboration with IS teams, stakeholders, and leadership to meet reporting requirements and support strategic HR analysis
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of HR reporting and analytics experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experienceIntermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), data visualization and wranglingProficiency in SQL. Experience with dashboard tools like Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud; preferredExperience reporting from SAP or SuccessFactors; preferredWHAT CPKC HAS TO OFFER
