Job Summary

Join our customer\'s team as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator and play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining healthy cash flow processes in a thriving e-commerce environment. This pivotal position will manage both B2B and B2C transactions, ensure accuracy in account reconciliations, and foster strong client relationships through excellent written and verbal communication. You will be a key contributor in maintaining financial excellence and supporting cross-departmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and process accounts receivable transactions for both business and consumer channels, ensuring accuracy and timely postings.
• Execute AR cleanup initiatives to resolve outstanding balances, unapplied payments, and discrepancies in a detail-oriented manner.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients to resolve billing queries, collect payments, and maintain positive relationships.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) to analyze AR data, prepare reports, and support financial decision-making.
• Process payouts efficiently using Shopify and NetSuite systems.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, sharing information and supporting interdepartmental projects as a communicative team player.
• Maintain meticulous records, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with accounting best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable or related accounting functions, including AR cleanup.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong command of pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with NetSuite and Shopify platforms.
• Solid understanding of the full accounting cycle and its application in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive and dynamic team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with e-commerce business processes and workflows.
• Experience performing AR functions in both B2B and B2C environments.
• Background in interdepartmental communication within a collaborative workplace.
