Job Description

What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions?

The Director of Marketing is responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, including strategic planning, brand development, lead generation, content marketing, digital marketing, and product marketing. This role will lead cross-functional teams, work closely with sales and product development, and ensure that all marketing initiatives align with the company's growth objectives.

How will your contributions be showcased?

Key Responsibilities :

• Marketing Strategy & Execution :

Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.

Maintain and enhance the company's brand presence in the B2B market, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.

Develop and manage inbound and outbound lead generation strategies, including email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns.

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, including digital marketers, content creators, graphic designers, and analysts.

Collaborate with the product development team to ensure the marketing of new and existing products aligns with customer needs and market demand.

Oversee the company’s digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.

Align marketing and sales initiatives to ensure a cohesive strategy across departments.

Track and report on the performance of all marketing initiatives using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM data).
