SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

International Neon – Mont-Royal, QC

International Neon is a premier leader in custom signage manufacturing and installation. With over 50 years of excellence, we serve a prestigious roster of national and international clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to bridge the gap between project management and production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production Planning : Coordinate and monitor the production cycle to ensure work orders meet strict delivery deadlines.
  • Workflow Optimization : Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks to minimize delays.
  • Vendor Liaison : Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and project completion.
  • Documentation : Manage project schedules, progress reports, and administrative records.
  • Procurement & Admin : Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and audit / close completed work orders.

Qualifications

  • Experience : Proven background in scheduling, project coordination, or production logistics.
  • Communication : Fully bilingual ( English & French ) with excellent organizational skills.
  • Technical Literacy : Basic ability to read architectural / technical plans.
  • Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with wall construction, electrical details, or building mechanics.
  • Assets : Prior experience in the signage or manufacturing industry is a major plus.

    International Neon est un chef de file de la fabrication et de l’installation d’enseignes sur mesure. Depuis plus de 50 ans, nous servons une vaste clientèle nationale et internationale. Nous recherchons un(e) coordinateur(trice) de planification rigoureux pour assurer la liaison entre la gestion de projet et la production.

    Responsabilités Principales

  • Planification de la production : Gérer les calendriers et surveiller le cycle de production pour garantir le respect des délais de livraison.
  • Optimisation du flux : Identifier et résoudre les conflits d'horaire pour minimiser les retards de fabrication.
  • Liaison fournisseurs : Collaborer avec les sous-traitants pour assurer l'efficacité du flux de travail.
  • Gestion documentaire : Tenir à jour les rapports d'avancement et la documentation technique des projets.
  • Approvisionnement : Émettre les bons de commande et procéder à la clôture administrative des bons de travail.

    • Qualifications Requises

  • Expérience : Expérience pertinente en planification, coordination ou logistique de production.
  • Communication : Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais) avec de fortes aptitudes organisationnelles.
  • Littératie technique : Capacité de base à lire des plans techniques et architecturaux.
  • Connaissances techniques : Compréhension de base de la construction (murs / bâtiments) et de l'électricité.
  • Atout : Expérience dans le secteur de l'affichage ou de la signalétique.
