We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Technical Sales Executive to join our this pivotal role you will leverage your deep technical acumen and sales expertise to drive the adoption of our innovative solutions in the market. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs articulating the value of our offerings and crafting tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify strategic job opportunities and lead the development of compelling proposals tailored to client needs..
  • Proactively seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities aligning with client needs and acquisition strategies.
  • Oversee project pricing quote preparation and proposal creation maintaining effective communication with clients throughout the process.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other marketing tools to generate leads build relationships and enhance business development efforts.
  • Gather and analyze project business requirements effectively transferring knowledge to the development team to ensure successful project execution.
  • Take a proactive role in enforcing project deadlines and schedules managing resources effectively to ensure project success.
  • Conduct client meetings through voice/video calls to foster strong relationships address project needs and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Strategically manage cold email campaigns to nurture leads and maintain client engagement.
  • Ensure documentation is completed according to standard operating procedures maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team and organization.


Requirements

  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
  • 24 years of experience in technical sales pre-sales or client engagement within the software industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks such as AI/ML MERN Laravel & mobile frameworks.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices cloud infrastructure (AWS Azure GCP) and AI-based solutions.
  • knowledge of software development methodologies and technical architectures.
  • Strong ability to identify suitable job opportunities craft compelling proposals aligned with client needs and company objectives and support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis. Negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
  • Demonstrated experience in analyzing client requirements providing accurate estimates maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle and conducting client meetings through voice/video calls to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to explore and cultivate new business opportunities understand client requirements and acquisition strategies utilize LinkedIn and other marketing tools for lead generation and networking.
  • Experience in managing and developing a team ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives solid knowledge of sales management and B2B sales pipeline management.
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to gather and analyze project requirements enforce deadlines manage resources effectively and follow instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion.
  • Excellent research prospecting and sales planning skills. Analyze marketing trends stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
  • Proficiency in documenting information according to standard operating procedures maintaining accuracy and consistency. Attention to detail in proposal writing drafting business proposals and all aspects of business development.
  • Exceptional communication time management and multi-tasking skills. Superior writing editing and proofreading skills.

Timings:

10:00AM - 6:00PM (Eastern Standard Time)





Required Skills:

- Bachelors in Computer Science/ Software Engineering. - Excellent Communication Skills. - Excellent Project Management Skills. - Strong Grip on Backend (Laravel/php) and frontend (Vue/React).
