Title: Accounts Receivable Technician

Responsibilities
Validate customer orders and accounting codification
Prepare and send customer invoices
Process merchandise returns
Send statements of account
Complete client forms and portal registrations
Follow up on AR and payments received
Collection of overdue accounts
Analyze discrepancies and resolve billing/payment issues
Other related tasks

Qualifications
DEC/AEC in Accounting or other relative experience
2-3 years of experience in similar role
Experience working with Sage 300 or other ERP Systems (an Asset)
Bilingual (an Asset)
Excel
