    Job Summary

    Reporting to the Manager , the Sales and Marketing Coordinato r is responsible for the business development of the agency by networking and connecting with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities to generate sales referrals for home care solutions. She / he will coordinate and manage sales within a defined geographic area and ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating local marketing & business opportunities.

    Responsibilities

  • Develops a sales and marketing plan
  • Plans and creates business development opportunities
  • Follows the Qualicare sales system to promote Qualicare services
  • Conducts a minimum of 35 sales calls per week
  • Establishes working rapport with health care professionals and potential referral sources within a designated territory
  • Identifies new business opportunities and creates and builds proposals
  • Manages sales accounts and meets financial targets with respect to sales and business development opportunities
  • Participates in opportunities to increase social media activity and effectiveness

    • Qualifications

  • Computer proficiency - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM databases
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Sales and marketing background
  • Has a vehicle with a valid driver’s license and car insurance
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Detail oriented
