Overnight Veterinary Reception, Client Care

Location : Calgary, AB

Calgary Animal Referral & Emergency Centre is welcoming a full-time OVERNIGHT Veterinary Reception, Client Carewho is an exceptionally organized multi-tasker and enthusiastic self-motivated individual. If you excel at customer service, have a passion for client care, and a love for animals, we are excited to welcome you to our dedicated team! This would be an excellent position for someone in school (vet or otherwise) to get experience in a vet clinic for the summer).

Responsibilities :

Desired Attributes and Requirements :

The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure and customer service focused, ideally you have :

Prior experience in customer service and administrative duties

Prior knowledge / or ability to learn medical terminology

Exceptional client service skills

Empathetic, nurturing and positive attitude

Skilled in prioritizing needs, open to change and adaptable

Initiative in carrying out assignments independently

Attention to detail with above average time management skills

Must be flexible with rotation overnight schedule

Previous veterinary experience or graduated from an accredited Veterinary Assistant program is preferred
