What You’ll Do

• Support our claims customer demand through a phone and text line environment
• Investigate and negotiate various Complex Personal Lines Claims in accordance with Aviva’s claim procedures and guidelines
• Confirm coverage and compile FNOL information for incoming claims
• Stand as an expert and provide in‑depth claims guidance / advice to customers, peers and other stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy and issue payments to vendors, insureds and experts
• Review and compile facts, policy, and technical reports, analyze estimates, evaluate claim value and negotiate / settle claim accordingly
• Advise and counsel customers on claim status, providing prompt and exemplary customer service while keeping related parties informed
• Complete all correspondence efficiently, including Critical Path, Proof of Loss, and reservation of rights letters
• Recognize questionable claims, subrogation, and risk opportunities; review case law to determine liability
• Meet Property team performance expectations and contribute to team success
• Adhere to attendance policies and support flexible scheduling, including rotating shifts 8 : 00 AM–8 : 00 PM Monday‑Friday and occasional Saturdays as needed
• Work in a hybrid model, balancing remote and office presence
