Responsibilities :
- Deliver outstanding day-to-day customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Efficiently handle policy changes
- Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with insurers and underwriters
- Provide assistance and support to producers as required
- Manage claims reporting on behalf of clients
- Conduct renewal reviews and facilitate policy remarketing as necessary
Qualifications :
