Position Summary
The Web Publisher is a newly created role who will support large-scale digital content operations for a global enterprise website and mobile app ecosystem. This role is responsible for executing, maintaining, and QA’ing content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Content Fragments, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across high-traffic digital properties.
You will work closely with project managers, content strategists, designers, and technical teams to publish product updates, campaign content, and modular components efficiently and accurately within established governance and release frameworks
Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day content authoring and publishing within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Manage and maintain Content Fragments, including creation, updates, reuse, and version control
- Upload, tag, organize, and QA assets within Adobe DAM, ensuring proper metadata and usage compliance
- Implement content updates for product pages, campaigns, landing pages, and app modules
- Perform pre- and post-publish QA to validate layout, links, copy, accessibility, and brand standards
- Follow established publishing workflows, release calendars, and approval processes
- Collaborate with PMs and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and flag risks early
- Support content audits, clean-ups, and migration activities as needed
- Document issues, changes, and fixes using JIRA or equivalent ticketing tools
- Ensure adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and legal / compliance guidelines
Must-Have Skills & Experience
This role will require occasional travel to the United States. All related travel expenses, including flights, accommodation, and meals, will be covered by Cheil Canada. Salary range : $60,000 - $70,000 CAD annually
Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, and certifications
Work Arrangement
This role is a fixed-term contract for a period of one (1) year, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.
While this position follows a hybrid work model, with three (3) days in-office (Tuesday through Thursday) and two (2) days work-from-home (Monday and Friday), during business requirements, needs, client deadlines, you may be required to be in office on all 5 days.
