This is a Full time permanent position.

Here is what you will do

VitalAire is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated bilingual Medical Office Administrator for our branch in Moncton. This is an full time / permanent position . The Office Administrator provides support in the branch as it pertains to oxygen PAP and related therapeutics and diagnostics.

Provides helpful friendly service to customers by providing general information and directing telephone and walk-in inquiries to appropriate staff members

Provides information / literature to prospective clients.

Provides assistance and answers questions for clients regarding funding programs and insurance requirements.

Liaising between several departments regarding patient care and financials (i.e. A / R A / P billing Inventory Coordinators and Asset Specialists Physicians etc)

Assists healthcare professionals with the completion of necessary administrative functions and documentations.

Assist with sales and maintenance of respiratory products services and inventory for the branch.

Are you a MATCH

Here is what you will need

1-2 years of administrative experience (clinical or healthcare setting is an asset)

Great customer service skills are required

Candidate must be bilingual (fluent in French and English)

Tech savvy and experience with strong data entry skills

Ability to quickly learn / adapt to new ERP and CRM systems

Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment while balancing a heavy workload

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
