Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team in Montreal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations support and a deep understanding of various technologies and systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in an operations support role.
• Strong knowledge of HTTP, SQL, databases, and general data transfer technologies.
• Comfortable with system administration of Unix, Linux, and Windows infrastructure applications.
• Proficient in scripting operational administration tasks using Java, PowerShell, Python (preferred), Perl, Shell Scripting, or other languages.
• Experience in troubleshooting complex issues related to network, databases, storage, security, and operating systems.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure situations.
• Experience in incident and problem management.
• Availability for weekend and on-call work on a rotation basis.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and troubleshooting for various systems and technologies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient incident and problem management.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide support during weekends as required.
