As a Senior IAM and Automation Administrator, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and workflow automation. This role requires a deep understanding of IAM solutions and automation platforms, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into our cybersecurity infrastructure. The candidate must be proficient in handling various identity management and automation technologies and possess strong skills in integrating enterprise-level SaaS solutions.
Your day-to-day
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive IAM solutions that support robust and efficient user access management across various platforms.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline cybersecurity processes, thereby improving efficiency and reducing manual workloads.
- Conduct audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to security and data integrity standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology integration and provide expert guidance in IAM and automation.
- Lead training sessions for staff on effective use of IAM tools and automated processes.
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.Bilingual in English and French to effectively communicate with stakeholders and manage projects across diverse linguistic regions.Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT, with a significant focus on Identity Access Management and workflow automation.Knowledge of cloud computing technologies, especially SAASProven experience in implementing and managing complex IAM systems.Proficiency in scripting languages used for automation and familiarity with cloud-based technologies.Certifications : CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), and other IAM technology-relevant certifications.Strong understanding of SSO protocols such as SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.In-depth knowledge of the identity lifecycle management process including federation, authentication, authorization, access controls, access control attacks, identity, and access provisioning life cycle : user provisioning and deprovisioning.Familiarity with compliance standards and understanding auditsWhy work at TFI International?
