Description de posteMentoring a team of sales representatives who visit households within assigned neighbourhoods on behalf of Bell Canada to achieve sales success. Spend time in field coaching representatives one on one and in group settings. Assist with staff management and recruiting efforts to maintain top talent. Ensure field teams meet productivity, sales and performance requirements. Use data to identify gaps and areas that need improvement. Assist with reporting in assigned district.
