Responsibilities

Proactively monitor and expedite production jobs through the lab to ensure timely completion and shipment.

Accurately prepare, package, and process all outgoing shipments of completed optical jobs.

Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and other required documentation with a high degree of precision.

Coordinate with various courier services for pickups and resolve any potential shipping issues.

Utilize internal tracking systems to trace and locate optical frames and orders within the facility.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal team members regarding order status and priorities.

Perform quality checks on outgoing products to ensure they meet company standards.

Assist with receiving and stocking incoming materials and supplies as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in the shipping and receiving area.

Contribute to the team's overall efficiency by providing support where needed during peak periods.

Qualifications
