Account Specialist Producer Relations Remote Canada

OVERVIEW

Reporting to Senior Key Account Specialist the Account Specialist is the primary business contact between Producer partners and Circular Materials. This role focuses on supporting Producers as they file their Extended Producer Responsibility/individual producer reports in time for their reporting deadline. As the main point of contact between Producers and Circular Materials you will interact with stakeholders daily (including a small portfolio of dedicated accounts) facilitating timely and accurate producer reporting while providing high-quality service. This role manages more complex processes including but not limited to report validations and report adjustments.

Our team supports Producers across the country requiring staggered shift schedules to support accounts across multiple time zones. Full standard service coverage spans between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM EST.

This is a salaried paid and requires residency in Canada.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and foster relationships strong and trusting relationships with Producers by providing customizable and exemplary service via managing communications education recruitment and onboarding. Analyze submitted Producer supply data reports interpret numerical data detecting anomalies to ensure reporting accuracy. Critical thinking is required.

• Oversee and understand life cycle of reporting; preparation and methodology understanding obligation and designated materials report submission report review fixing report errors explaining invoices.
• Communicate policies rules contractual requirements legislation and regulations pertaining to the reporting of material tonnages and payment of fees.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Post secondary education/Bachelors degree ideally in Business Administration or Customer Service Management.
• An equivalent combination of education and account management experiences may be considered.

Experience

• 2 years of progressive customer service and account management experience is required.
• Knowledge of CRM managing customer behaviour and conflicts building customer relationships.
• Experience with client relationship building in a call centre or in a similar office environment.
  

Knowledge/Competencies/Skills

• Preference will be given to candidates with a strong understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) concepts and the ability to communicate and apply AI technologies effectively within a business context.
• Bilingualism is an asset for this role (professional level French and English).
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills while addressing large data sets.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills- verbal and written.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfortable learning new online tools.
• Dedicated attention to detail and accuracy; accountable and able to handle a portfolio of accounts.
• Strong research capabilities and documentation skills.
• Interest in environmental issues and how businesses contribute to good environmental performance.
• Flexible adapting to new and changing tasks and can multi-task in a fast-paced and changing work environment while consistently demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP S4H is an asset.
  

WORKING CONDITIONS

• All CM employees work 40 hours per week remotely from a Canadian home office environment.
• Varied shift start and end times are required.
• Overtime in peak reporting season.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

ExpectedCompensation:

• An annualized salary in the range of $55000 to $63000.
• The wage range listed complies with the OntarioEmployment Standards Actand reflects a potential earnings range for this actual wage offered will be determined within the range and will depend on factors such as the candidates unique qualifications relevant experience work location and expected contributions.
