Accounts Receivable (AR) – Data Entry Administrator

Location: Surrey, BC (Fully On-Site)

Salary: $50,000 annually

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for an experienced office administrator, data entry, finance clerical professional who wants to transition into an accounting career within a large, structured organization.

You’ll be supporting the Accounts Receivable (AR) function in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, working with significant transaction volumes and engaging regularly with internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing and entering high volumes (200+) of financial transactions with accuracy
• Supporting accounts receivable and payment activities on a daily basis
• Maintaining organized records and documentation for the Finance team
• Communicating professionally with customers and internal teams
• Assisting with general administrative and reporting tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year experience in office administration, data entry, or transaction processing within a large private or public company in Canada
• Comfortable working with high transaction volumes and large volumes of data entry is required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured environment
• Confident, professional communicator (this is a customer-facing role)
• Interest in building a long-term career in accounting or finance
• Able to work fully on-site in Surrey, BC
