Responsibilities

- Carpet steam cleaning.
- Window washing.
- Ceiling Pro.
- High dusting - above 6 feet.
- Pressure washing.
- Wall cleaning.
- Temporary staff coverage in emergencies.
- Maintain and upkeep company vehicle.
- Tracking of company SPS equipment.
- Engage in ongoing personal trailing
- Take inventory of supplies and let superiors know what is needed.
- Adhere to all schedules via daily / weekly / monthly checklists.
- Maintain all equipment according to the Ultra Shine equipment maintenance manuals
- Adhere to various additional cleaning schedules, including special areas / specific time cleaning, etc.
- Take part in random inspections performed by Ultra Shine management.
- Drive vehicles required to perform or travel to work, including vans, industrial trucks, and industrial vacuum cleaners.
