Assignment :

Full- time Temporary Replacement Receptionist Position
Position to commence April 7, 2026 a, or as mutually agreed upon and will continue until April 30, 2027, with the possibility of extension.
Position is Monday - Friday from 8 : 15 am to 4 : 15 pm, year , year round
Located at Wolf Creek Public Schools, Division Office, Ponoka.

Responsibilities to include :

Greet guests to Wolf Creek Public Schools Division Office

Receive and direct incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner

Prepare and organize all incoming and outgoing couriers and / or deliveries

Mail room procedures

Bank deposits for Division Office, including data entry

Assisting Accounts Payable when needed

Assisting Accountant when needed

Maintain office supply inventory

Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Successful candidate must be fully computer literate and have experience / skill with Microsoft Office.

Experience with Google Apps, Atrieve, Docushare, PowerSchool, and Rycor or comparable technologies would be considered an asset.

Must possess excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work in a team-oriented learning environment.

Efficient in a busy environment with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and adapt to changing work demands.

Formal training in an Office Administration course would be considered an asset for this position.
