As a Manager In Training, you will embark on a carefully structured paid training designed to develop your leadership skills and prepare you for management roles in marketing and sales. From day one, you will receive hands-on training, real-world experience, and mentorship from industry experts to help you succeed in a high-energy, goal-oriented environment.

What to expect :

  • The fundamentals - start by learning the ins and outs of sales, marketing, and client relationship management.
  • Collaborate with team members, learn how to motivate others, and develop the confidence to manage and inspire a team.
  • Develop and execute dynamic marketing campaigns that deliver measurable growth for our clients, this includes in-field promotional B2C and B2B initiatives, engaging retail events, in-office campaign planning, aligning with client expectations, crafting effective strategies, and driving impactful results.
  • Attend workshops, participate in leadership training, and gain insights from top-performing managers.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams and perform the same duties as required.
  • Work closely with clients to drive innovation and create custom marketing solutions that leave a lasting impact.
