Finance Analyst - Kelowna

The Role

Join the high‑impact Finance team at Iconic Wineries of British Columbia, where you’ll help shape business planning across our vineyard, production, guest‑experience and the rest of it's operations. We’re looking for a curious, analytically minded Finance Analyst who wants to grow, contribute, and learn inside a dynamic FP&A environment. In this role, you’ll support everything from reporting and dashboards to planning cycles and business partnering — all while being coached by a collaborative and experienced finance team.

• Build, maintain, and improve financial and operational dashboards using TM1, Excel, Power BI, and similar tools.
• Analyze KPIs and highlight performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Create monthly and quarterly reports for stakeholders across the business.
• Partner closely with operating teams to understand their data needs and support decision‑making.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
• Conduct ad‑hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Continuously improve tools, processes, and data quality.
• Respond to month-end and year-end finance / audit queries.

The typical hiring range for this position is   $68,000 - $72,000   annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
