Enterprise Resources Planning Project Manager (#5210)

The company, an IT consulting firm, is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project oversight, governance, planning, coordination, change management, and successful delivery through all stages, from procurement through post-go-live stabilization. Responsibilities :

• Oversee all phases of ERP implementation : procurement, initiation, design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Chair the Project Management Office (PMO) and coordinate governance reporting.
• Act as the primary liaison between the City, ERP vendor(s), and internal teams.
• Facilitate vendor demos, contract negotiations, and integration planning.
• Provide regular updates to the Governance Committee and Leadership Team.
• Track milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Support communication and adoption strategies to ensure smooth transition.
• Monitor scope, schedule, and cost to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
