Description de posteLead and monitor restaurant department such as Kitchen, People, Guest Experience and Facilities to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization. Identify restaurant capacity constraints, guest count and sales growth opportunities and be able to develop and execute an operationally sound mitigation and growth plan. Ensure all restaurants meet high standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness and including Food Safety standards. Good understanding of employment standards / practices, food safety, and general safety laws. Recruit, train, develop, and supervise staff. Ensure staffing and staff scheduling to achieve business need Role model guest-centric behaviours when handling customers' complaints or concerns. Ensuring all staff are trained on hospitality. Ability to lead the team to provide excellent customer service. Strong financial acumen (P&L, cashflow control). Understands how to grow market share and create sustained business results. Ability to review, analyze, and present financial information to others. Current or previous experience in a Supervisory Position in a quick service environment. Minimum of 1 years experience in management in Canada. Demonstrated a consistent record of achieving and exceeding operations standards. Demonstration of working together with managers at all levels of responsibility and jobs to achieve results. Assistant Manager (Full-Time)
- $54,000 - 62,000 per year based on 37.5 hours paid work per week (40 scheduled hours). Equates to $27.80 - $ 31.80 per hour
- Compensation and bonus will be based on experience in leading restaurant business in Quick Service Restaurant and size of the restaurant (sales volume and number of employees) you will be responsible for.
- Shifts will include weekday and weekend. 6am-12am. May also require 1 overnight shift per month.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced restaurant manager to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of our restaurant business. You will be expected to deliver a high-quality experience to our guests and motivate our staff to ensure excellent customer service. Supervisors will be responsible for maintaining quality and increasing profitability. Exceptional management skills and a strong understanding of customer service are a must.
