This role requires hands-on development problem-solving and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality ServiceNow applications and integrations that meet business requirements.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

• . Develop configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM CSM CRM ITOM SPM or HRSD.
• . Leverage ServiceNows best practices in the applications mentioned above.
• . Create and manage advanced scripts workflows Business Rules and UI policies.
• . Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and configure the imported data.
• . Perform system upgrades testing and troubleshooting to ensure platform stability and performance.
• . Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.
• . Provide mentorship to junior developers and assist in code reviews.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $85000 - $160000.
