Description de poste$19 / hour base pay to start Performance-based commission (uncapped) $78K target total compensation for productive agents Top performers earn $100K–$120K+ annually Weekly pay and clear performance expectations Interest in sales, marketing, or customer engagement Comfortable talking to new people and working outdoors Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven Able to handle rejection and stay positive Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Availability to work evenings and weekends Consistently setting qualified appointments Meeting daily and weekly activity expectations Showing up on time, prepared, and professional Improving performance through coaching and feedback

Target Total Earnings : $78,000 / year
Top Performers Earn : $100,000–$120,000+ (uncapped commission)
What You’ll Do
- Engage homeowners door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods
- Start professional, confident conversations and introduce our products
- Set qualified appointments for in-home consultations
- Use proven scripts, talk tracks, and objection-handling techniques
- Track activity and appointments accurately using mobile tools
- Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings
Compensation & Earning Potential
This is a merit-based role : the more consistent and productive you are, the more you earn.
