Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence company growth through strategic account management and business development initiatives. The position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a solid understanding of B2B sales processes.

Duties

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Conduct negotiations to secure contracts and renewals that align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Analyze client data and market trends to provide insights that inform sales strategies.
  • Manage accounts using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.
  • Lead presentations and meetings with clients to communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Prepare reports on account status, sales forecasts, and strategic plans for management review.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written — with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data, market trends, and customer feedback for strategic planning.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies that support sales growth is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions for client challenges.

    Pay : $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
