What will your typical day look like?

As a Data Science Manager, you would take a lead in delivering advisory services to high growth organizations, managing, and supporting a diverse team consisting of data scientists, data architects, software developers, information designers, and business / industry leaders. You would also have a role in pursuing new data science opportunities, specifically in the Energy and Resources sector.

You will be responsible for client communication, from sales and business problem definition to final delivery, knowledge transfer and model maintenance. As a key part of this process, you will select the most appropriate data science models, ensure quality delivery of statistical models, computations, and data ETL by the data science team. You and your team will work with large amounts of data on a granular level, from structured and unstructured data sources and participate in various structured and ad-hoc analysis projects. You will be the principal link between the data science team and the client and will regularly communicate insights on client projects and provide support in project planning and data collection. You will advise clients on generative AI usage and use it to deliver projects where appropriate. You will both lead and support pitches to potential customers and bids on future projects.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
