Project Manager/Coordinator – Engineering and Manufacturing Communications

LATYS Intelligence Inc. is seeking a skilled and meticulous Project Manager/Coordinator to facilitate seamless communication and coordination between our engineering and manufacturing teams. This role is essential in ensuring projects meet their milestones, maintain compliance, and adhere to import/export and certification requirements. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on organization and precision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Act as the primary communication bridge between engineering and manufacturing teams, ensuring clear and effective information flow.
2. Manage and track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
3. Oversee compliance with import/export requirements for shipments to and from Canada.
4. Ensure wireless product certification requirements and standards are met for various markets.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve project-related challenges promptly.
6. Maintain detailed project documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Languages: Trilingual proficiency mandatory – English and French are required; Mandarin is an asset.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in the hardware or technology industry.
3. Strong understanding of import/export regulations and certification requirements for wireless products.
4. Excellent communication, organizational (attention to detail), and leadership skills.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and efficiency.
6. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
7. Startup experience preferred; adaptability, resilience, and hands-on problem-solving are critical.
