Description de posteDiploma or degree in Supply Chain, Business, Food Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of purchasing or supply chain experience (food or CPG an asset) ERP and Microsoft Office experience, with strong attention to detail A collaborative team player who values diverse perspectives and takes pride in doing things right Curious, motivated, and eager to learn and grow A customer-first, quality-driven culture! The Role
We’re looking for an organized and proactive Material Purchasing Coordinator to support day-to-day purchasing at our Windsor facility. This role keeps materials flowing smoothly to support production—always with a customer-first mindset and a commitment to quality without compromise .
What You’ll Do
- Assist in sourcing and procuring ingredients, packaging materials, and indirect goods in alignment with production schedules and quality standards
- Help negotiate contracts and pricing with Canadian and international suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliability
- Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier data in the ERP system
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve shortages, delays, or quality issues
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, R&D, and Logistics to support operations and new products
- Support food safety and regulatory compliance (CFIA, Safe Food for Canadians Regulations)
- Assist with cost-saving, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives
