The Community Engagement Coordinator is accountable and responsible for evaluating client needs, overseeing and monitoring the care delivered, developing an appropriate plan of care, and ensuring the competency of caregivers. He / She is responsible for networking and connecting with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities to generate sales referrals for home care solutions. She / he will coordinate and manage sales within a defined geographic area and ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating local marketing & business opportunities .
