Graphic Designer

Reports to: Marketing Director

This position requires working in the office five days a week. There is no remote work possibility.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll lead the creation of striking visuals across digital, print, and video platforms, help shape the brand’s creative direction, and support campaigns that make Pür & Simple stand out. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of digital and print materials, including social media content, menus, flyers, and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in editing and produce short‑form videos for social media and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and internal teams on creative concepts and campaigns.
• Support junior designers by providing guidance and feedback to maintain high‑quality standards.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Pür & Simple brand identity.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual: French and English
• 3‑5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or fast‑paced marketing environment
• DEC in Graphic Design or equivalent training
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Animate)
• Knowledge of print and digital production processes
• Experience in advertising/display campaigns (print and digital) is an asset
• 3D modeling and rendering knowledge is an asset
• Strong typography, color, and layout skills
• Experience producing digital‑first content optimized for social media
• Initiative, proactivity, and autonomy
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Rigorous, detail‑oriented, and committed to high‑quality work
• Ability to adapt concepts with a sharp eye for design
• Efficient, fast, and able to manage multiple projects
• Team player, eager to collaborate and contribute to a creative team
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently
