Our client, a leading organization in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Maintenance and Equipment Reliability teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure 99.5% equipment uptime and reliability.
Build and maintain procedures for equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Manage spares inventory, organize parts storage, and track equipment lifecycle and replacement needs.
Develop safety procedures, conduct regular safety audits, and ensure compliance with local safety standards.
Collaborate with OEMs and suppliers to support equipment updates, warranty claims, and support protocols.
What's Needed?
Experience with maintenance of automated systems including RTP bots, PPS, MSU, and GO Gridb.
Knowledge of conveyor systems such as Fortna / MHS Pack and ship narrow belt sorters, Hytrol Merge & MDR conveyors, and Ambaflex Spiralc.
Familiarity with hydraulic and static workstations, taping and stretch wrap machines, and MHE equipment like order pickers, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
Ability to develop and manage maintenance schedules, SOPs, and safety procedures.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with vendors and internal teams.
